We want you to feel confident shopping with LumaRein. For return requests or product issues, contact support@lumarein.shop.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection, clean, free from horse hair and dirt, and returned with all included accessories. Please include the original packaging where possible.

These conditions do not restrict your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

How to request a return

Email support@lumarein.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can identify your return. The address on your parcel may not be the return address.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If we supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve it more quickly.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. Our 30-day voluntary return window does not limit applicable warranty or consumer rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by law. Where the law requires repayment of delivery charges or other costs, we will include them.

Exchanges

Contact us to discuss an exchange. Availability and any price difference will be confirmed before an exchange is arranged.

Order cancellations

Email us promptly if you wish to cancel. We will try to stop orders before dispatch. If dispatch has already occurred, our return process may apply, without affecting any statutory cancellation rights.

Your legal rights

This policy provides additional voluntary benefits. It does not exclude or reduce any mandatory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, delivery, warranties or refunds under applicable consumer law.
